FYI is a cloud-based document and practice management platform built for accounting practices. It brings document storage, email filing, task and job management, workflows and process automation into a single system, addressing the manual, repetitive admin that accounting teams handle daily. Documents are stored in the cloud so teams can work remotely, with automatic filing of emails and attachments.

Core capabilities include document creation and co-editing, task and job management with task boards, workflow jobs, and process automation for recurring and multi-step tasks. FYI integrates with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and Teams), practice management software such as Xero Practice Manager, MYOB, APS, CCH, IRIS and GreatSoft, plus digital signing, compliance and practice apps including DocuSign, Adobe Sign, BGL CAS360, Zapier and others. It uses Microsoft Windows authentication with optional multi-factor authentication, and is ISO 27001 certified.

FYI is aimed at accounting practices of varying sizes. It is offered on a subscription basis with multiple plans, including an FYI Elite edition covering document, employee and practice management. A 30-day free trial and demo are available.
