Bitvise

SSH software for Windows

Visit Bitvise

Bitvise develops secure remote access software for Windows, centered on two products: Bitvise SSH Server and Bitvise SSH Client. The SSH Server provides secure remote login, file transfer, and tunneling for Windows servers and workstations, encrypting data in transit in contrast with Telnet and FTP. It is intended for remote administration, secure file transfer using SFTP and SCP, and tasks such as securing other applications through SSH TCP/IP tunneling.

The SSH Server supports public key and two-factor authentication, SCP, SFTP, and FTPS, along with terminal shell access, tunneling, Windows domains and Active Directory permissions, network shares, virtual accounts, master/follower synchronization, scriptable PowerShell configuration, and automatic updates. The free SSH Client for Windows includes terminal emulation, graphical and command-line SFTP, SFTP drive mapping, an FTP-to-SFTP bridge, dynamic port forwarding through an integrated proxy, port proxy, and remote administration of the SSH Server. Both products implement SSH, SFTP, and SCP.

The SSH Server is aimed at administrators and organizations that need to receive connections on Windows machines, while the SSH Client serves users who initiate connections or transfers. The SSH Server can be tried free for up to 30 days; the SSH Client is free to use in environments of any type.
