1time.io

Share secrets once with secure, self-destructing links.

Visit 1time.io

1time.io is a service for creating encrypted, self-destructing links that carry a password, API key, file, or other sensitive text to one recipient. Secrets are encrypted in the browser with AES-256-GCM before transmission, so the server only stores ciphertext. Links burn after reading by default and can also auto-expire after a chosen period. No account is required.

Features include one-time file sharing, a password generator, QR code sharing, a CLI, and a browser extension for Chrome, Edge, and Brave. Links can allow a limited number of views (3, 5, or 10) for text secrets, and an optional passphrase adds a second layer of protection. The service is free and open source, with self-hosting supported via the CLI's host flag.
