Zeffy

Zeffy is a fundraising and donor management platform for nonprofits that brings donations, event ticketing, raffles, auctions, memberships, peer-to-peer campaigns, and online stores into one place. It also includes a built-in donor CRM, newsletters and emails, printed donor mail, and a Tap to Pay app for in-person payments. The platform is designed to help organizations collect payments and manage supporter information without platform or credit card fees; it is funded by optional tips from donors.

Core capabilities include customizable donation forms with one-time and recurring gifts, ticket types with e-ticketing and door scanning, raffle ticket bundles, auction item listings with outbid notifications, membership tiers with automatic cards, and peer-to-peer pages with leaderboards and donation thermometers. Payments can be made by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH transfers. Zeffy connects to other tools through native integrations, Zapier, viaSocket, a public API with webhooks, and a free, read-only AI assistant that answers questions about donor data in plain English.

Zeffy is built for nonprofits of different kinds, including schools, churches, sports teams, animal rescues, food banks, volunteer fire departments, arts organizations, and parent-teacher associations. The platform is offered at no cost to nonprofits, with no platform fees, transaction fees, or credit card fees; it relies on optional contributions from donors at the payment confirmation step.
