The platform includes donation forms with Guided and Express checkout layouts, fundraiser pages, text-to-donate and QR code campaigns, crowdfunding, event fundraising, livestream fundraising, peer-to-peer fundraising, and embedded giving through Pledge APIs. It supports 12 payment methods including cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, bank transfers, crypto, stock, and DAFs. Additional features include donation matching, recurring donations, tax receipts, donor data management, disbursement tracking, and integrations with tools such as Salesforce, Blackbaud, Bloomerang, HubSpot, and Zoom. PledgeAI provides AI-optimized content, and an Impact Hub dashboard tracks donor data and impact. A Shopify Give & Grow App supports e-commerce donations.
Pledge serves nonprofits, companies, and individuals. Standard solutions carry no setup or monthly fees, with unlimited donation forms available at no cost; transaction cost handling can be configured through optional tips, donor-covered fees, or a built-in fee.
