Core features include unlimited peer-to-peer campaigns, donation pages and appeals, event ticketing with merchandise sales, recurring and matched giving, campaign dashboards, reports, two-factor authentication, fraud prevention, and branded campaigns. Integrations cover registration platforms such as ACTIVEWorks Endurance, Race Roster, and Njuko, plus Strava, Fitbit, Zapier, Meta, Facebook, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce via MoveData. The Tap'n'Donate iOS app collects cashless donations and donor details at in-person events.

Grassrootz is aimed at charities and event organizers in Australia and New Zealand. Core fundraising features are free for charity members, with an optional donor tip covering platform costs. Ticketing is free for free tickets, with platform fees on paid ticket and merchandise sales. Major Community Events have individual fee structures, and Professional Services pricing is tailored to each organization.
