YesInsights is a survey tool for collecting customer feedback through one-question and NPS surveys delivered by email or shown on a website. Surveys can be answered directly from the inbox or while visitors are using the site, and installation is described as one-click with no coding required.
Surveys can be sent through an email marketing service or personal email service, or pasted anywhere on the web. Zapier connects YesInsights to third-party apps, and a website widget is included in the plans. The tool is aimed at teams gathering feedback from customers, clients, and prospects. It is packaged as a free trial followed by four editions—Solo, Essential, Professional, and Enterprise—each with monthly response and survey limits; higher tiers remove YesInsights branding, while Enterprise is available by contact.
