Trustpilot is a review platform for businesses that helps companies collect, manage and respond to customer reviews, with the aim of increasing brand visibility in AI search and search engines. Reviews can be gathered through automated email invitations, in-app collectors, QR codes and API triggers, then displayed through widgets, a customizable profile page and marketing assets. Analytics cover invitation conversion, delivery, open rates and response performance, alongside review insights, tagging, sentiment analysis and competitor benchmarking.
The platform supports service, product and location reviews, AI-assisted replies, review follow-up, TrustScore forecasting, and integrations with eCommerce, CRM, customer service and analytics tools. Enterprise capabilities include multi-domain management, SSO, Salesforce integration, custom dashboards, visitor insights and dedicated customer success management.
