TruGrid is a remote access and device security service from N.E. Desktop Software, Inc., headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois. Its SecureRDP product provides access to Windows desktops and applications without VPNs, exposed firewall ports, or gateway appliances, using cloud authentication, built-in MFA, and Zero Trust access. TruGrid BitLocker Management centrally manages BitLocker encryption on Windows computers, including devices without TPM chips, without requiring Active Directory or Microsoft Intune.
SecureRDP includes agentless brokering, single sign-on, Active Directory Federation, end-to-end encryption, brute-force protection, and support for Windows, Mac, and mobile apps. Higher tiers add the TruGrid RDS Manager with fleet dashboards, session monitoring and shadowing, app usage tracking, audit logs, and role-based administration, plus VDI automation for persistent and non-persistent VM pools. BitLocker Management covers physical and virtual TPM, no-TPM devices, non-OS drive encryption, domain and roaming policies, centralized recovery keys, and compliance reporting. The service is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States and is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
TruGrid is aimed at IT and DevOps teams, service providers, and organizations in manufacturing, retail, banking, healthcare, and other regulated sectors. SecureRDP is packaged in Basic, Business, Enterprise, and MSP/reseller editions, with per-user pricing and minimum user counts on Business. BitLocker Management is offered as a Business edition priced per computer, with a minimum computer count, plus a service provider option. Free trials are available for Business plans, and Enterprise and MSP/reseller options use site licensing or volume pricing.
