Trak.codes is a QR code ticketing, check-in and process tracking system built around Google Forms and Google Sheets. It lets event organizers turn a form into a registration system that emails each respondent a personal QR ticket, or generate one ticket per row in an existing spreadsheet, with arrivals recorded back into the sheet. Beyond events, it tracks business processes such as cases, parcels, assets and documents, where staff scan a code with a smartphone to update status and review history.
The platform supports QR codes, barcodes and NFC tags, offline scanning with later sync, custom steps and forms with 15+ field types, business rules such as step order, prerequisites, deadlines and quotas, team roles and permissions, real-time dashboards, exports to Excel, PDF and CSV, email and push notifications, public status pages, branded QR codes, printable PDF tickets and Google Wallet passes. It integrates with Zapier, offers a REST API and webhooks, and is available in English and French.
Trak.codes is aimed at event organizers, delivery and courier teams, asset and inventory managers, and organizations handling multi-step cases or documents. The Google Forms add-on is free to install, with free ticket generation and sending; check-in can be tried with demo check-ins, and a sponsored mode offers free check-in with an ad on the ticket.
