TicketSignup is an event ticketing platform from RunSignup, Inc. that helps organizers create events, sell tickets online, and manage on-site operations. It supports simple one-time events as well as multiday, timed entry, and recurring events, with a calendar-based setup wizard for configuring days, times, ticket types, attendee caps, and prices.
The platform includes a free branded event website built with a drag-and-drop editor, free and unlimited email marketing with templates and automation, and TicketInsights analytics with Google Analytics GA4 and social tracking pixel support. Timed entry ticketing, an on-site check-in app with QR code scanning and item fulfillment, a POS Square integration, and an AI chatbot for attendee questions are also available. Ticket management, sales tax calculation and remittance, reporting, merch and add-on sales, and referral programs round out the feature set.
TicketSignup is aimed at event organizers across categories including festivals, haunted attractions, farm events, air shows, nonprofit events, music festivals, tours, holiday lights shows, and parks and recreation departments. Pricing is a flat per-ticket platform fee plus credit card processing, with no subscriptions or long-term contracts; the event organizer can choose whether the event, the purchaser, or both pay the fees.
