TicketLeap is an online event ticketing platform founded in 2003 and part of the Leap Event Technology family. It lets organizers create branded event pages, sell tickets online and onsite, scan tickets at the door, and receive payment after the event. The platform offers its full feature set to all organizers without subscriptions, service tiers, or contracts.
Features include customizable event pages with embedded media, cart mode, checkout questionnaires, and waivers; multiple ticket types, timed entry, reserved seating, donations, and ticket exchanges; a ticket scanner app and box office app for iOS and Android; discount codes, integrated analytics with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Meta Pixel, post-purchase messaging, email campaigns, and event reminder emails; role-based user accounts, venue management, attendee lists, and full or partial refunds. Google and Apple Pay are supported at checkout.
TicketLeap is aimed at organizers of events of varying sizes, including festivals, attractions, classes, and community gatherings. There is no subscription or service tier; a per-ticket fee applies to paid tickets, which can be passed on to buyers, and free events incur no fee. Reduced fees apply to low-priced tickets, and payment is issued a few days after the event.
