Tickit

Flexible ticketing for independent producers

Visit Tickit

Tickit is an independently owned event ticketing platform for independent producers and promoters, operating since 2008. It handles online ticket sales, attendee check-in, and event management, with sales revenue deposited directly to the organizer's bank account each day. Transactions use bank-grade encryption, and credit card numbers are passed to the payment processor rather than stored.

Features include flexible ticketing (tiered pricing with automatic rollovers, bundles, assigned seating, promos), real-time sales tracking with accountant-friendly reporting, Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel conversion tracking, merchandise and add-ons, volunteer management, attendee email tools, and social integrations with Facebook, Twitter, and Mailchimp. Check-in apps run on Apple, Android, and laptop devices, work offline, sync across gates, and can sell tickets at the door with a card reader. Ticketing embeds into the organizer's own website, and secure resales and transfers are supported.

Tickit is aimed at independent events of varying scale, with three editions: Primary for small DIY events (single user), Professional for growing events (multiple users, unlimited events), and Premium for large, complex events with custom pricing, a minimum threshold, dedicated account support, and multi-level dashboard access. There are no set-up fees, and free tickets incur no Tickit fee; payment processing fees are separate.
