Throttle
Control who can send you email
Throttle is a service that gives you control over who can email you. It generates unique email addresses for each website you sign up for, so you never give out your real address. All mass mailings and notifications are combined into a single daily digest email. You can revoke any sender's access instantly, and Spamsense alerts you if someone sells or shares your address. It works via browser extensions and an iOS app, without needing access to your email account.
