The Ocean Cleanup Fundraising Platform

The Ocean Cleanup Fundraising Platform lets individuals and groups raise money for The Ocean Cleanup, a non-profit developing and scaling technologies to remove plastic from oceans and intercept trash in rivers. Supporters can set up a campaign, invite friends and family to donate, and track progress toward a fundraising goal.

The platform offers three campaign types: a general fundraiser for occasions such as birthdays or bake sales, a distance challenge where participants set a kilometer or mile target for exercise-based fundraising, and a cleanup initiative for organizing local trash pick-ups, optionally as a team. The site also displays featured fundraisers, recent donations, and a running total of plastic collected from rivers and oceans.

It is aimed at individuals, teams, and organizations who want to fundraise on behalf of the cause. Campaigns are created and managed through the platform itself; no pricing, plan, or trial details are stated.
