Surveybot

Surveybot is a chatbot survey platform for Facebook Messenger and Facebook Workplace. It lets users build conversational surveys with a chatbot builder, distribute them to respondents, and analyze the collected responses in one place, replacing longer traditional survey formats with a messaging-based flow.

Surveys are built with more than 12 question types, advanced conversational logic, answer piping, re-engagement rules, and multi-language support. Distribution is handled through Campaigns, including direct panel sends, Facebook Post campaigns, Facebook Ads, shortlinks, trigger campaigns, recurring surveys, and A/B testing. Panels can be segmented by profile attributes, completed or incomplete surveys, and question answers. Bots manage Messenger greeting text, welcome messages, and page menus. Integrations include Zapier, a token-authenticated Data API, real-time webhooks, and a Tableau web data connector.

Surveybot is aimed at market research, social media research, research agencies, and music surveys. It offers a free single-user plan with limited responses, questions, and messages, plus Basic, Standard, and Researcher editions with increasing response quotas, panel sizes, and user licenses. A response-based trial with full feature access is available, and enterprise arrangements can be discussed directly.
