StatusPal

Monitoring, incident management, and status pages — in one place

Visit StatusPal

StatusPal combines monitoring, incident management, and status pages in one platform, helping teams communicate service availability and coordinate incident response. It offers two product lines: StatusPal Next, described as a modern approach to status pages, incidents, and monitoring, and StatusPal Classic, which provides enterprise-grade status pages with more integrations, notification channels, and multi-language support. The platform is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified for its information security management system.

Core capabilities include HTTP checks that ping endpoints every minute, external monitoring integrations with tools such as Pingdom, Datog, and New Relic, and on-call integrations with PagerDuty and OpsGenie. Automations handle incident reporting, cross-channel communication, and incident closure, while recurring maintenance can be scheduled automatically. Third-party status pages from services like Cloudflare, AWS, and Stripe can be displayed automatically. Notifications support multiple channels including email, RSS/Atom, Twitter, calendar, ChatOps, and SMS. Private status pages can be restricted by authentication, network IP, or SSO, and the platform supports custom domains, custom HTML and email templates, custom incident types, and SAML SSO with role provisioning.

StatusPal is packaged in Hobby, Startup, Business, and Enterprise plans, each with a 14-day trial requiring no credit card and including all core features. Plans are tiered by team members, subscribers, monitored services, metrics, languages, custom domains, and incident retention, with limits ranging from 5 to 50 team members and 500 to 4,000 subscribers across the standard tiers. Enterprise offers custom limits, SSO role provisioning, and audience-specific pages. A free Heroku add-on is available with limited capacity, and a discount applies to qualifying early-stage companies.
