It is operated by Wegtam GmbH and is currently in a public alpha phase, during which some functionality is incomplete or not yet implemented and existing services may change. The service states that it does not track users or sell their data, and that data is protected under EU GDPR.

Core capabilities include hosted repositories with fine-grained access control, including read-only access for users without an account; issue tracking and project management integrated with email and mailing lists; and patch review through email alongside a web interface. CI/CD is listed as coming soon. The platform is intended for teams building software, and the operator also offers software consulting and development services.
