Sifter is a hosted bug and issue tracker designed to keep tracking simple, bringing bugs, questions, ideas, and feature requests into one system. It supports email-based issue creation and updates, a Kanban-style Board View, project and milestone dashboards, full-text search, filtering and sorting, custom statuses, attachments, audit trails, and daily summary emails. Integrations include GitHub, Beanstalk, Bitbucket, Slack, Taco, and Zapier, and the service is hosted with backups, security monitoring, and an API for data export.

Sifter is aimed at software teams and also at groups such as web developers, blogging teams, community managers, and graphic designers. Every account includes unlimited users. Plans are packaged by active project count and storage, with a 14-day free trial, month-to-month billing, and the ability to change or cancel plans at any time; archived projects do not count toward active project limits.
