Lighthouse is an issue and ticket tracking tool for teams that need to organize project work and support requests in one place. It lets users create and tag issues, which are categorized automatically, and create or reply to tickets directly from email. Project status can be reviewed through a consolidated overview with feeds, while documents and images can be attached to tickets for team reference. Milestones support feature planning and release date tracking.
The platform integrates with Tender, the customer support service from the same maker, allowing staff to create Lighthouse tickets directly from Tender. Lighthouse is available through a 14-day trial for new accounts, after which users can choose a plan or remain on the free plan. Paid editions include Bronze, Silver, and Gold, each with different project, member, and file storage limits, along with a Personal Plan for smaller private projects. Annual billing is available at a discount, and open source projects can be created on any plan, including the free plan.
