Screenpresso is a Windows screen capture application for taking screenshots and screen recordings, annotating them, and turning them into instructions. It captures full screens, selected regions, windows, and scrolling content, and can record HD video with system audio and webcam. Captures are saved in a workspace for later editing and publishing.
The built-in image editor supports arrows, highlights, numbered step markers, text boxes, callouts, and effects. Video tools include subtitle generation, automatic blurring of sensitive areas, frame export, cropping, and speed or format changes. Additional modules cover OCR text extraction, QR code decoding, Android device capture, and document generation to PDF, DOCX, or HTML. Sharing is available through Screenpresso Cloud, email, and services including Google Drive, OneDrive, OneNote, Dropbox, YouTube, Amazon S3, and SFTP. A Chrome extension captures scrolling pages, and the application can run without installation.
Screenpresso is available as a free version for personal and work use, with branding on some features. PRO and ENTERPRISE editions are licensed per user on a perpetual basis, with one year of upgrades and maintenance included; ENTERPRISE adds offline activation and administrator policies for Citrix, RDS, and VDI environments.
