FireShot

The best way to make Website Screenshots and Annotations in your favorite web browser

Visit FireShot

FireShot is a browser extension for capturing web page screenshots, addressing the need to record full pages, visible areas, or selections without stitching together multiple images. Captures are processed locally, keeping work offline. The tool supports converting web pages to PDF, documenting bugs, creating how-to screenshots, and preparing training materials.

Features include batch mode, capturing all open tabs, and capturing a list of websites. A built-in editor handles resizing, cropping, highlighting, blurring, and erasing, while annotation tools add arrows, shapes, and text. Headers, footers, and watermarks can be appended. Output formats include PDF (with live links and searchable text), PNG, GIF, JPEG, and BMP. Results can be printed, copied to clipboard, exported to OneNote or other programs, uploaded via FTP or custom uploads, and integrated through an API library.

FireShot runs in Firefox, Chromium-based browsers, SeaMonkey, and Pale Moon. A Pro edition is offered alongside the extension, with a free plan and a trial mentioned on the page.
