ScreenConnect

Remote support and remote access software for IT teams.

Visit ScreenConnect

ScreenConnect is a remote support, remote access and privileged access platform from ConnectWise. It lets technicians connect to Windows, Mac, Linux and mobile devices from one solution, with cloud-hosted or on-premises deployment. It addresses issues such as unattended device access, session recording, background troubleshooting, and controlled elevation of administrator permissions.

Core capabilities include unattended access, remote support sessions, remote meetings, mobile device support, and a shared toolbox for scripts and executables. Backstage provides background troubleshooting through the Windows command terminal or PowerShell, with secure file management. Event-driven automations trigger if/then rules on session events. ScreenConnect View offers remote camera sharing for hardware troubleshooting. Extensions add integrations, including ConnectWise PSA, ConnectWise Automate, Zendesk, FreshDesk, Acronis, and Customer Feedback. Security features include AES-256 encryption, SSO/SAML, multi-factor authentication, LDAP support, role-based permissions, audit logs, and session recording.

ScreenConnect is aimed at IT teams, technicians and support providers. It is available in One, Standard, Premium and Enterprise editions, with concurrent technician or agent-based licensing. A free trial is offered, and self-hosted options are available.
