Visit Jump Desktop

Jump Desktop is a remote desktop platform for connecting to computers over the internet from anywhere. It runs on native clients for macOS, Windows, iOS, Android and Linux, with browser-based access as well, and uses the proprietary Fluid 2.0 connection protocol. Networking is handled by the service, and connections are protected with end-to-end encryption.

Features include unlimited connections, collaborative access, privacy mode, virtual displays, custom shortcuts and key conversions, audio and video controls, and connection diagnostics. Team-oriented tools cover a management console, access groups, automated custom installers, group billing, and a REST API. Security and administration options include 2FA enforcement, SSO, SCIM provisioning, domain verification, cloud access logs, connect settings, VPN enforcement, and cloudless or relayed-only connections. MDM-supported mass deployment is also offered.

Jump Desktop is aimed at individuals as well as small teams and larger organizations. A free plan covers browser access with no recurring fees, while native Mac and iOS apps are one-time purchases. Teams Pro and Teams Enterprise are priced per user per month and include a 14-day free trial; Mac and Windows client licenses are included with Teams, while iOS requires a separate purchase. Billing can be monthly or yearly, with prorated adjustments as users are added or removed.
