Visit Roundup Issue Tracker

Roundup is an issue-tracking system for recording and managing work items such as bugs, tasks, help-desk requests, and other records. It is designed for flexibility beyond bug tracking, with use cases including TODO list management, customer support, issue management, sales lead tracking, paper submission and referee management, and GTD-style task tracking. It runs on Python 3.10+ and can be installed from source or via pip in a virtual environment, with a demo tracker available to run without a full installation.

Roundup provides command-line, web, REST, XML-RPC, and e-mail interfaces. The web UI includes a classic tracker with responsive layout, HTML5 landmarks, and flex/grid styling, and it supports saved queries and search names. Security features include CSRF protection for the REST PATCH method, a modern CSRF prevention method, and optional reauthentication when changing sensitive fields. The system is highly customizable to fit specific workflows and preferences. The source download can also be used to build a custom Docker image.
