ReviewFilter is a cloud-based reputation management tool for hotels and restaurants. After a guest checks out, the system sends an automated email or SMS asking about their stay. If the guest rates their stay positively, they are redirected to publish their feedback on public review sites such as TripAdvisor, Google, Yelp and Facebook. If the feedback is negative, the guest's comments are forwarded privately to the manager or owner so the complaint can be resolved before it is posted publicly. Neutral feedback (3 stars) is simply acknowledged. Guest checkouts can be imported individually, in batches via CSV, or through an API call from property management software. The platform includes a guest feedback database, performance dashboard, reputation tracker across 20+ OTA and review sites, sentiment analysis, a WordPress plugin for displaying reviews on hotel websites, and QR code or branded URL feedback collection.
