Core capabilities include automated email and SMS review requests, a unified inbox for reading and replying to reviews, AI-generated review responses, customizable review widgets and badges, social sharing, and review insights. It connects with field service platforms such as Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Workiz, and JobNimbus, plus thousands of additional apps through Zapier, with an API available for custom integrations. Reviews can be imported from 36+ platforms.
Plans are organized by edition: Growth for single-location businesses, Pro for multi-location businesses, and Agency for agencies managing multiple clients, with additional locations available as add-ons and custom pricing for 20+ locations. Each edition includes a set number of SMS and email review requests, with extra credits purchasable. The Agency edition adds white-label dashboards and reports, client and team management, and reseller tools. A 14-day free trial is available without a credit card, and plans can be changed or cancelled at any time.
