Relling provides turnkey, AI-powered robot workcells for high-mix manufacturing tasks such as precision assembly, inspection, machine tending, material handling, welding, dispensing, and packaging. The cells are designed, built, and safety-qualified at Relling's facility before shipping, with the aim of reducing on-site deployment time to under 30 days. The platform is vendor-agnostic regarding robot arms and runs all AI inference on-premise.
The platform includes on-premise AI inference, line integration with MES, PLC, conveyor, and safety systems, qualification and safety verification, fleet management, and training and enablement for technicians. Cells are configured to specific parts and tasks, with a reusable skill library that allows reconfiguration for new parts rather than full rebuilds. Vision, inspection, and technician interfaces support real-time adjustment and verification. The company works with existing robot arms, including Universal Robots, without requiring replacement.
Relling is aimed at small and mid-sized manufacturers, including job shops and suppliers in automotive, aerospace, electronics, defense, food and beverage, battery and EV, metals, plastics, agriculture, textile, and recycling. Engagement begins with a single scoped cell for one part or task, with the option to scale to production and fleet deployments as workloads justify expansion.
