Physical Turing
Fully managed robot dog patrols
Physical Turing is a fully managed security service that deploys quadruped patrol robots at a customer's facility. The company supplies the robots and staff, runs the fleet around the clock, and handles repairs, so the customer does not need to operate the hardware directly. Patrols are coordinated by AI, with human operators monitoring alerts and a response team handling escalations.
On deployment, units scan the site with 360° LiDAR to build a centimeter-accurate 3D map, then navigate warehouses, plant floors, parking structures, open yards, multiple floors, and outdoor terrain. Custom sensor payloads support specific facility needs, and the route planner avoids unexpected obstacles. Alerts feed back into the system so the fleet learns the site over time, with operator decisions shared across units. The service includes site surveys, a sample-unit field test, and a 30–90 day pilot measured against agreed KPIs, followed by managed operations that transition to autonomous operation.
