RegCool
Advanced Registry Editor
RegCool is a Windows Registry editor that provides the functionality of the built-in Regedit along with additional features. It supports editing .reg and hive files in offline mode, and includes fast search across large registry databases for keys, values, or data. The interface includes context menus and a toolbar for accessing editing functions. Startup behavior can be configured to run without administrator rights, with administrator rights, or with system rights.
