AI features include Geek AI Text for automated lead conversations and qualification, with Geek AI Email and Geek AI Voice listed as coming soon. The platform offers 50+ integrations, with a marketplace listing partners such as Zapier, BombBomb, Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, Wise Agent, and Realvolve.
Real Geeks is built for individual agents and teams. It is packaged as a base platform subscription that includes two users, with additional users charged per seat on a tiered scale, plus a one-time setup fee and commitment terms of 6 or 12 months. Optional add-ons include IDX feeds per MLS board, AI texting, and paid lead generation packages for social, search, and seller leads, each with a dedicated success manager and a lead guarantee tied to the contract term.
