Qlo
AI for commercial insurance underwriting
Qlo is an AI-native system of record for commercial insurance underwriting that uses Outlook as its interface. It addresses the manual handoffs and document keying that surround underwriting decisions, letting AI agents handle operations from submission intake through quote generation while human underwriters review decisions and manage broker relationships.
Supervisor agents coordinate specialized agents covering submission intake, document processing, rating, endorsements, and Excel and Word workflows, including a Rater Converter and an Endorsement Engine. The Qlo Platform provides a shared underwriting workspace where teams and agents work from the same account data, documents, and rules, with actions visible, traceable, and auditable. Qlo can be onboarded with your own forms and rates while your existing PAS remains in place.
Qlo is built for commercial underwriting teams. Partner slots are available for 2026, with onboarding described as going live within two weeks. The site notes it is pursuing SOC 2 Type II.
