Plasmic
The visual builder for your tech stack
Plasmic is an open-source visual editing and content platform for building websites and apps, designed to integrate with existing codebases rather than replace them. It addresses the gap between developers and non-developers by letting teams build internal tools, customer portals, SaaS apps, storefronts, websites, and content-managed experiences within a shared workflow.
The platform includes a component library (table, list, grid, calendar, kanban, and more), interactions and dynamic values, custom component building, and responsive layouts. It connects to data sources such as Supabase, Contentful, Shopify, Airtable, PostgreSQL, REST and GraphQL APIs, and authenticated endpoints. A Figma plugin converts designs into React code, and generated component code can sync continuously into a codebase. Additional modules cover CMS, localization, A/B testing, SEO, image optimization, and analytics. Collaboration features include branching, approvals, multiplayer editing, shared libraries, roles and permissions, SSO, and domain capture. Apps can be deployed on Plasmic-hosted infrastructure, self-hosted, or embedded into existing applications, with on-premise deployment available.
Plasmic is aimed at developers, designers, marketing and content teams, agencies, and enterprise organizations. It offers a free plan with unlimited time and no credit card required, alongside paid plans billed monthly or annually.
