Builder.io
Collaborative platform where engineers, designers, PMs and marketers work from one
Builder.io is a visual development platform divided into two products: Code, an AI-assisted environment for building apps and UI within an existing repository, and Content, a headless CMS with a drag-and-drop visual editor for creating and publishing pages and content to sites and apps. Both operate against the customer's own components, design system, and Git workflow, so changes stay within the existing codebase and review process.
Code offers code-aware generation, visual code editing, a Figma plugin, design system intelligence, and branch and pull request workflows, with support for React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, and Angular, plus GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps. It connects to tools such as Slack, Jira, VS Code, and MCP servers for Supabase, Neon, Netlify, Sentry, and Stripe. Content integrates with commerce, search, asset management, and localization tools including Shopify, Algolia, Cloudinary, and Phrase.
Builder.io is intended for engineering, design, product, and marketing teams working together on apps, prototypes, and marketing sites. Enterprise features include SSO, roles and permissions, approvals, private connectivity, and SOC 2 Type II compliance. A free plan is available, along with a desktop app, Chrome extension, and CLI.
