Core capabilities include voice and video calling with hand-off between desktop and mobile, unlimited in-app messaging plus SMS/MMS, visual voicemail with transcription, contact sync, and video meetings with recording, transcripts, and Q&A. AI features cover call summaries, meeting transcripts with action items, meeting Q&A, voicemail transcription, and a personal assistant with team conversation summaries. Business tools include Phound Flows smart IVR, shared numbers, team management, an admin dashboard, analytics and reporting, document signing, a Dropbox integration, and a developer API.
Phound is packaged as a free Basic plan, a per-user Pro plan, and a per-user Business plan, with monthly or annual billing. Add-ons cover phone lines, international calling, message packs, toll-free minutes, storage, and premium numbers.
