Pastel

Website annotation tool for collecting visual feedback on live websites, images, and PDFs.

Visit Pastel

Pastel is a visual feedback tool that lets teams and clients leave comments directly on live websites, images, and PDFs. It replaces scattered screenshots, emails, and chat messages with a single place where feedback is marked up in context, organized, assigned, and resolved.

Canvases support real-time commenting, mentions, labels, assignments, file attachments, and resolving threads. Reviewers can comment without an account, and comments can be exported to CSV. Additional capabilities include a responsive tester for checking layouts across screen sizes, pause commenting, feedback deadlines, and real-time copy editing on websites. Pastel for AI agents lets tools like Cursor, Claude, and ChatPT act on feedback, and comments can be exported as tickets or tasks to project management tools including Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Monday, and Zapier.

Pastel is aimed at teams and agencies managing client or internal review cycles. It is packaged as a free plan with one user and one active canvas, a Pro plan for small teams, a Team plan with unlimited canvases and per-user pricing, and an Enterprise edition with SSO and custom terms. A 14-day trial of paid plans is available without a credit card.
