Outage.Report is an independent outage monitor that answers whether an app, website, or provider is down or whether the problem is local. It tracks 977 services across categories including internet providers, streaming, gaming, banking, social media, messaging, cloud, and AI tools. Detection is automatic: user reports and social signals are compared against normal baselines for each service at that time of day, and an incident is confirmed only when volume is clearly anomalous. Confirmed incidents become permanent dated records with start time, peak, duration, severity, and top problems.
For each tracked service, the site provides a live verdict, a report-volume chart, the problems people are reporting, a map of where reports come from, and the service's outage history. The homepage also shows recent outages, fixed incidents, and live signals from social posts and user reports. The service is independently operated and supported by advertising, with no affiliation to the services it tracks.
