Minsh

Private messaging app for groups

Visit Minsh

Minsh is a white-label messaging app for groups and communities, delivered as a branded mobile app for Android and iOS alongside a web app. It centralizes communication and community operations in one private space, covering announcements, group and private chat, events, files, and member management, with restricted access to content.

Core modules include chat, calendar with RSVPs, member directory, file sharing, resource booking, classifieds, a pin board, links page, and virtual spaces for separate sub-communities. In-app payments are handled through Stripe, and paid subscriptions are supported. A custom chatbot can be developed for each app. Administration runs through a web-based dashboard with usage reports, bulk member import, message scheduling and export, and event import. Integrations include social media, social sharing, iCal calendar sync, and Zoho CRM. Apps are published to the Apple and Google Play stores, with custom domain options on higher tiers. GDPR compliance applies across plans, with HIPAA compliance available on selected plans.

Minsh is aimed at organizations and communities that want a dedicated, branded communication channel rather than a general-purpose platform. It is packaged in three editions—Starter, Venture, and Enterprise—billed annually or monthly, with a setup fee on the entry edition and free setup on the others. User limits scale by edition, from up to 1,000 users on Starter to up to 10,000 on Enterprise. Admin seats are unlimited, user access is free on all plans, and Enterprise also supports paid in-app subscriptions. Infrastructure varies from a shared cloud server to a dedicated one, and support ranges from email only to phone and email.
