TotalAP offers three options: invoice-to-pay for full automation, payments-only for streamlined disbursements, or invoice capture for data entry. Payments can be made by virtual card, ACH, or check. Integrations include direct API connections and File Connect, an SFTP-based file exchange, supporting systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Acumatica, and Sage 50/100/X3. Features include two-way sync, duplicate invoice flagging, standardized approvals, role-based permissions, and audit trails. Virtual card payments use single-use, tokenized numbers and can earn rebates on eligible spend.

The platforms are aimed at finance teams ranging from mid-market to global enterprise, including shared service centers and complex multi-entity workflows. Integration is included with TotalAP, with guided onboarding and support available. Deployment can be completed remotely or on-site, and payment optimization and managed supplier enrollment services are available.
