The platform includes modules for payroll and social declarations (DSN, DPAE), absence and presence planning with calendar sync, expense reports, time and project tracking, interviews and objectives, onboarding and offboarding with document generation and e-signatures, and a direct discussion channel with a named payroll expert reachable by chat and phone. Integrations cover Silae, Qonto, Swile, Alan, Pennylane, Benefiz, and others, with Google and Outlook calendar synchronization.

malibou is offered without a commitment term, with pricing starting from five employees on a per-employee monthly basis, plus a one-time setup fee per employee in the first month. For larger organizations, pricing is custom and scales with company size.
