Keeper.sh
Stop double-booking yourself. Sync Google Calendar with Outlook & iCloud so all calendars,
Keeper.sh is a calendar syncing tool that copies events between Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud, Fastmail and other calendars connected by link or CalDAV, so a booking in one calendar shows as busy in the others. By default, copies appear as busy blocks without event titles, descriptions, locations or guest lists, keeping event details private.
Features include a shareable calendar link that aggregates connected calendars, one-way connections with optional two-way setups, event filters to choose which events sync, and support for moving or deleting events with copies kept in step. It integrates with AI agents via MCP clients such as Claude and Cursor, and offers a REST API under /api/v1 with token-based access. The code is open source under AGPL-3.0 and can be self-hosted with Docker images available.
Keeper.sh is packaged as a free plan covering two calendar accounts and three connections with 25 agent or API calls per day, and a Pro plan for unlimited accounts and connections, faster updates, event selection filters and uncapped API access, available monthly or annually. Self-hosting is free with all paid sync features included.
