ITSR Opsview is an IT infrastructure monitoring platform for hybrid and multi-cloud environments, covering on-premises, cloud, and container workloads. It centralizes visibility across the IT estate and links infrastructure performance to business service impact, helping teams reduce alert noise, detect anomalies, and plan capacity before issues affect services.
The platform includes Business Service Monitoring with a BSM Grid overview, guided root-cause investigation, dynamic thresholds, anomaly detection, forecasting, and capacity planning reports. It offers 4,700+ monitors and native integrations, auto-discovery of network topology, multi-tenancy, RBAC, a REST API framework, and integrations with ServiceNow and JIRA. It can be deployed in the cloud or on-premises.
Opsview is packaged in two editions: Opsview Observability and Opsview Essentials, each available as cloud or on-premises deployment, with recommended host counts differing by edition. Customers are billed annually in advance, with volume discounts based on monitored hosts; MSP customers use a usage-based model with a base pack billed annually and quarterly overage charges. Web-based training is included, and professional services are available.
