Core modules cover review generation through email and text campaigns, review monitoring across 100+ sites, review marketing via website widgets and social sharing, and scheduled performance reporting. Integrations include Google Sheets, Constant Contact, Salesforce, Mailchimp, HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, Google My Business, Facebook, and Zapier, plus an API for CRM, POS, and other systems. White-label options range from basic branding removal and custom domains to a premium dashboard with agency branding.
Plans are organized by location or seat count, with monthly and annual subscriptions, a 14-day free trial, and an Agency Plan for resellers. White Label Basic is included on all plans; White Label Premium is an annual add-on exclusive to the Agency Plan and above.
