Floorplanner is a browser-based 2D floor plan editor with a real-time 3D view and cloud-based rendering. It lets users draw rooms, move walls, and add doors and windows to recreate a space, then decorate it from a library of 3D models and produce 2D and 3D images without needing 3D experience or additional software downloads.
The editor runs in the browser and pairs with cloud rendering for 2D floorplans, 3D dollhouse views, and interior and exterior images up to 8K resolution. The model library includes furniture and other items for residential and commercial spaces. Projects are stored in the account, and the platform also offers a related room layout tool and a phone-based space scanning app.
Floorplanner is aimed at personal use, retail, real estate, interior design, and education. A free Basic account supports up to five projects with limited floors, designs, and SD-quality watermarked exports. Higher-resolution exports, 3D tours, and additional project capacity are unlocked with credits, available as one-time purchases or through subscriptions. Subscription editions include Basic, Plus, and Pro, with the latter adding productivity features such as custom watermarks and support for more users.
