Eventpack is an event management platform designed to handle on-site operations such as attendee check-in, badge printing, session management, exhibitor management, registration, and lead retrieval. It aims to simplify the logistical challenges of running in-person events by providing a centralized toolset for event organizers.
The platform includes several modular components. The Onsite Hub powers check-in and on-demand badge printing with a native iOS app, self-service kiosk mode, and offline capabilities. Additional modules include the Registration Hub for branded registration pages, the Session Hub for schedule management and paid sessions, the Partner Hub for exhibitor and sponsor profiles, and the Attendee Hub for a self-service attendee portal. Integrations are available via the Integration Hub, which provides API access, Zapier, Swoogo, and Salesforce sync. The platform also offers a lead retrieval license and a sub-organization feature for managing multiple clients.
Eventpack is aimed at event professionals and organizations of varying sizes. It is packaged as an annual subscription with two main editions: Core and Enterprise. Core includes 1,500 check-in credits and three admin seats, while Enterprise offers unlimited admin seats, 3,000 check-in credits, and a dedicated customer success manager. Additional features such as extra check-in credits, lead retrieval licenses, extra seats, and modules like the Registration Hub are available as paid add-ons. The platform does not charge per-event or ticketing fees.
