The platform supports football, men's and women's basketball, baseball, softball, and volleyball.
Core capabilities include a no-code analytics model builder, roster construction and cap management tools, agent negotiation management, athlete monitoring and alerts, scouting reports, and custom boards and pipelines. Staff can connect data through pre-integrated partners and daily syncs, import datasets via upload or API, and deploy an AI teammate that reads new data, enriches athlete profiles, builds reports, and simulates roster scenarios. Access is governed through role-based permissions, row-level security, and isolated tenant environments, with SSO available on eligible paid plans.
Dropback is offered in Plus and Pro editions, both with unlimited users, plus a trial. The Plus tier covers basic connectors, limited models and searches, and live transfer portal data; Pro adds advanced connectors, custom datasets, unlimited models and searches, advanced scouting features, and additional modules. Department-level pricing is available for bundling multiple sports.
