ClearFlask is an open-source feedback management tool for collecting customer feedback, analyzing and prioritizing ideas, and sharing a public roadmap and announcements with a community. It supports two portal approaches: a customer-first feedback form for detailed submissions, and a community-first public forum where customers discuss and vote on existing ideas. The portal can be hosted on a ClearFlask subdomain, a custom domain, or embedded as a widget within a website or app, with configurable branding.
Core capabilities include feedback collection, analysis and prioritization, a public roadmap, announcements with update subscriptions, and an AI assistant for querying customer feedback.
