btwb is a gym management platform that combines workout tracking with the operational tools gyms need to run classes and memberships. It covers member billing, class scheduling across one or multiple locations, digital waivers, financial reporting, and an embeddable class schedule and workouts for gym websites. A Mailchimp integration supports email marketing and automations.
For programming and training, btwb includes affiliate programming added to the calendar each week, an AI Planner for creating workouts, and an AI Logger for logging results from pasted or shorthand workout descriptions. Workout TV casts workouts, leaderboards, and PRs to screens via Google Chromecast. Members can reserve classes, use a built-in workout timer on mobile and Apple Watch, track movement and round splits, monitor heart rate, compete in real-time virtual workouts against previous or popular results, and review in-depth progress analysis.
btwb is built for gym owners and coaches as well as their members. Pricing is offered as an Individual Gym plan with monthly or yearly billing, plus an All-In-One edition and a Workout Tracking Only edition, with member tiers scaling up to 201+ members. A free trial is included with all plans.
