LegitFit

LegitFit is an all-in-one management platform for gyms, yoga and pilates studios, CrossFit boxes, personal trainers, leisure centers and wellness businesses. It brings class and appointment scheduling, memberships and packages, integrated payments, client check-ins, progress tracking, staff hours and payroll, and exercise programming into a single system, reducing the need to juggle separate tools for day-to-day operations.

Core capabilities include a timetable builder, financial reporting, health score monitoring, automated messages, broadcast SMS and email, a Message Hub for one-to-one conversations, coupons, and push notifications for waitlists. It integrates with CRMs, marketing tools and Zapier, and offers branded iOS and Android member apps along with branded emails. Exercise programs support custom blocks, sets, reps, weights and RPE, with video tutorials. An AI assistant named Lia is also listed among the features.

LegitFit is aimed at single-location and multi-location fitness businesses. Pricing is custom and based on member count, requested features, custom requirements and growth strategy, with multi-location setups reflected in the quote. There is no self-serve free trial; prospective customers book a personalised demo instead. Every plan includes onboarding assistance, core scheduling, payments, member management, communications, analytics and member app access, while features such as branded emails, exercise programming and AI tools can be added based on business needs.
