Blaze

Blaze is an AI finance agent that connects to bank accounts, accounting ledgers, and booking platforms to handle day-to-day finance work. It categorizes and matches transactions against QuickBooks or Xero, prepares bill payments and receivable reminders, drafts owner statements from Guesty and Airbnb data, and forecasts cash from real balances and scheduled bills. Payments and outgoing actions wait for user approval before anything is sent.

Core capabilities include a chat-based AI CFO, transaction categorization, bill payment preparation, receivables aging with drafted reminders, owner statement generation with a branded portal, and a 30-day cash forecast. Integrations cover banks via Plaid, QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Gmail for bill intake, and AI assistants such as Claude Code and Cursor via CLI. Packaged workflows called Skills cover tasks like month-end close, budget vs. actual, receivables collection, and board packs, with some available and others in early access.

Blaze is aimed at founders, property managers, and short-term rental operators. Pricing is structured as flat business plans rather than per-seat subscriptions: a pay-as-you-go tier with one seat and one external connection, a Pro tier with five seats and unlimited connections, and a Custom tier for bespoke integrations and workflows. Metered AI chat is billed through credits, which roll over up to a cap while subscribed; purchased credits do not expire. Skills are priced separately on a monthly basis, and payment-rail fees vary by corridor and method.
